AIM OF CENTRE

To serve working parents in the community by providing a Christian environment where their children can be nurtured and cared for by a loving staff.

The Centre offers a clean, safe, spacious, hygienic and wholesome environment for the children.

The programme is varied and interesting to stimulate a child’s physical, cognitive, social and emotional development and to naturally encourage positive interaction between the children.

The staff strive to impart the love of Jesus Christ to the children so they will be blessed and can learn to be blessings to others.

CENTRE HOURS

MONDAY to FRIDAYFull day : 07.30am to 6.25pmHalf day (Morning) : 07.30am to 1.30pmHalf day (Afternoon) : 12.10pm to 6.25pm

PICK-UP TIME

The Centre expects parents to collect their children on or before 6.25pm. An overtime charge will be incurred if you collect your child after 6.25pm. This is neces-sary in order to compensate the staff who has to stay back with the children.

OVERTIME CHARGES

Overtime charge payments are to be made immediately to the staff in charge. The charges are as follows:First 15 minutes : RM2.00Second 15 minutes : RM2.50Third 15 minutes : RM3.00

AGE REQUIREMENT

Children one year old and above are eligible to attend the Centre.

REGISTRATION FEES

A non-refundable registration fee of RM100 is required upon registration.

MONTHLY FEES (Subject to change)

Full Day - RM500.00 per month Half Day - RM400.00 per monthDaily Basis - RM 50.00 per day/half day

The fees for the month of December are collected in advance beginning from January each year. Fees are due during the first week of each month. All fees are to be paid in full and will not be waived due to non-attendance, holidays, or sickness. Failure to pay the monthly fees may result in the child not having a place in the Centre.

The above fees cover one lunch and one afternoon tea. In addition, special classes may be offered from time to time at an additional fee.

SPECIAL SUBSIDY

The Centre offers a special subsidy for families enrolling more than one child (full day only). Families with two children (full day only) enrolled in the Centre can receive a rebate of RM50.00 on the total fees and those with three children can receive a RM80.00 reduction per month.

TERMINATION NOTICE

Parents must give the Centre two weeks written notice should they wish to terminate their child’s attendance.

SCHOOL HOLIDAYS

During school holidays, children attending half-day, may opt to attend full-days for which full day charges would have to be paid.

TRIPS AND OUTINGS

The Centre organizes special outings for the children throughout the year. The children are accompanied on all outings by the Centre’s staff and all necessary safety measures are taken. Parents will be notified in advance regarding any scheduled outings requesting written permission for their child to participate. Parents may also be asked to contribute towards the expenses of the outing.

BIRTHDAY PARTIES

Parents who wish to have party for their child in the Centre should inform the staff one week in advance. A Birthday cake, drinks with light finger food and paper plates will have to be provided by the parents.

PARENT-TEACHER MEETINGS AND FELLOWSHIP

The Centre will invite parents to an informal gathering twice a year. During the gathering, parents have the opportunity to get-to-know other parents and as well as their child’s teacher better. A short meeting is usually conducted during each gathering allowing parents to raise any necessary concerns pertaining to the Centre.

ANNUAL CONCERT

The Centre organizes a concert each year. The concert is usually held in December and all parents are invited to attend.

HOLIDAYS

The Centre will be closed on the following days:1. All Government gazetted public holidays and Selangor State holidays.2. Good Friday3. Christmas Holidays – beginning from Christmas eve or thereabouts until 31st Decem-ber. The total number of days for the Christmas holidays will not exceed 10 working days. The Centre will reopen on January 2nd.

ACCIDENTS OR EMERGENCY

In cases of any accidents or emergencies, The Centre will notify the parents. It is there-fore imperative that parents leave their contact telephone numbers with the Centre.

In the event the Centre is unable to contact or notify the parents, the Centre will assume the responsibility of sending the child to a clinic. All medical expenses incurred have to be reimbursed by the parents.

Please note that the staff of the Centre will not be able to run errands for the parents, like taking a child to the clinic, other than in an emergency.

SICK CHILDREN

Parents should avoid sending their children to the Centre if they are ill. Please be under-standing in this matter. A sick child would require a lot of special attention and can also infect other children. The Centre defines a child as “ill” if any one of the following criteria is met:a. Has a temperature of 37 degrees Celciusb. Is vomitingc. Has diarrhead. Has an infectious diseasee. Exhibits any signs or has been diagnosed with conjunctivitis.
