TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Requirements

� Participants should be fluent in English

� Participants should have a basic knowledge on medical equipment

Registration policy

� Registration at least 14 days prior to the training start date, use of registration form is required

� You will receive an e-mail from LM as soon as your registration is confirmed

Seating capacity

� Minimum 4 participants

� Maximum 12 participants

� Seats will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis

� LM reserves the right to cancel any course due to low registration

Cancellation policy

� Cancellation earlier than 14 days prior to the training start is free

� Cancellation less 14 days prior to the training start date: 100% of the course fee

Training course fee:

� Training will be invoiced for a fee at EUR 200,00 per participant to be paid in advance

� Course fee includes meals during the training and one common dinner, transfer from the hotel to

venue and back, course materials like service manuals, support documentation and training certificate

� The tutuion fee does NOT include: airfare and ground transport, accommodation, additional meals

� Löwenstein Medical will book the hotel for you in one of the few hotels we have in Bad Ems

� In case you wish to book the hotel on your own, please state this with the registration form

Meals

� Unfortunately, halal and kosher dishes are not available, but we will do our best to provide you with

acceptable alternatives, like fish and vegeterian meal

� Only engineers who have passed the training with a certificate are authorized to service LM devices
