    The pins 2/ and 2 are used for grounding of the instrument. You must be connected to the following:

    The grounding connections must be #ept as short as possible.

    Intended use of the device

    The gain and displa$ s$stem oltage LYBRA REV.2 was designed so that it is in the interior of the

    control cabinet of the machine to the 2%" rail can be integrated.

    %t has a displa$ and a #e$board for programming and calibration.The deice receies the signal from the pressure gaugeCn (m/ or mA) feels that it amplifies it (b$

    including it in a signal in / or mA is conerted) and uses it to the pressure measuring oltage measured

    doses. %t is also eDuipped with two alarms, whose actiation thresholds and distances can be selected.

    The deice is not suitable for outside, in corrosie, e7plosie or dust$ rooms to wor#.

    Work functions

    Outside of the programming

    The displa$ shows the captured 6ugwert! the #e$board with switches enables the access to the

    programming, calibration and control of all parameters.2ispla$ 3assword

    $ simultaneousl$ pressing the #e$s , and is the one with the function 5 (see § Work 

    Functions) set password appears.

    AlarmThe alarms are actiated when the registered train within the selected actiation distances. %f the alarms

    are enabled, close the internal opto-isolated switch (normall$ open) between terminals 5-0> and 05-00

    and the displa$ changes the displa$ of the acDuired train with the te7t GA.5G and GA.0G.

    $ pressing the displa$ shows the alue of the first alarm threshold, b$ pressing the displa$ showsthe alue of the second alarm threshold.

    Access to the programming, press the button for appro7imatel$ seconds. The displa$shows the number of the function (G'5G).

    *elect the menu programming functions run through using the #e$s or . *et the parameters of the

    corresponding functions to change the number of the desired function displa$, press the #e$, the

    displa$ shows the currentl$ entered alue for the function. 3ress the or #e$s and the function for

    the desired alue, then press the #e$ to confirm.

    This section describes the procedure for installation and control for a fast commissioning of the

    instrument. 'urther e7planations about the seDuence of the indiidual functions are described in more

    detail in the following paragraphs (page 4).

    measuring dose set to the nominal alue of the possible ma7imum alue of the pressure gauge .

    3ress the #e$, the displa$ shows the alue of the function is displa$ed. &ith the buttons and the alue

    (in #g) of the nominal alue of the possible ma7imum alue of the pressure gauge. 3ress the button toconfirm and moe to the ne7t function.

    2etailed description of the programming functions

    'unction 5 - nter 3assword

    To enter the programming menu, $ou must set the password on the function 5.

    3ress to access the function! the displa$ shows $our alue.

     ;r press and the number of the entered password. 3ress to confirm.

    %f the password $ou entered is not correct, the font 3A* flashes on the displa$.

    'unction 0 - *election of the t$pe of pressure gauge

    &ith this function the t$pe of the pressure gauge can be used. 3ress to access the

    function, the displa$ shows $our alue.

      ;r press and enter > if pressure measured doses with output in mV, if pressure measuring

    soc#ets with output in mA . 3ress to confirm.

    'unction - 6ero position of the pressure gauge

    Fa#e sure that the roller on the pressure measuring soc#ets are fitted (measuring roller), free of

    charges.

    3ress on the displa$ is based on a calculation of their termination the font GY*G appears if the

    calibration was successful, otherwise it is GA2G. The font will flash twice and then again the function

    number is displa$ed (0/). %f the font on the displa$ GA2G flashes, chec# that the pressure measured

    doses are properl$ mounted and the electrical connections hae been correctl$ e7ecuted, then thefunction again.

    'unction 1 - *etting of the ma7imum possible alue of the pressure gauge

    &ith this function, the setpoint alue in #g of the pressure measuring can be adEusted! if two pressure

    measured doses used, the setpoint of the possible ma7imum alue of the two pressure measured

    doses.

    3ress to access the function, the displa$ shows $our alue.

      3ress or to select the desired alue in #g. 3ress to confirm.

    'unction 4 - %nput weight calibration pattern

    A #nown weight, as shown in figure 5, install, Faterialweg are complied with and to ensure that the

    ope (a non-elastic rope use), which is the weight on the measuring roller input and output the same

    angle as the material to stop.

    The function allows the profit of the pressure measured doses calibrated.

    the calibration of the profit is correct or not has been correctl$ carried out. The font will flash twice and

    then returns the function number is displa$ed (0 - ?hoice of actiation distances of the alarms
