To erect a 6 storey residential block consisting of 47 No Units, 20 x studios, 18 x 1 bed and 9x 2
bed apartments. With 11 No car parking spaces, associated facilities and two ground floor
commercial units.

1.0 Executive Summary
The project is currently in week 62. This report takes account of progress for weeks 54-62.
Weeks 54-62
Mac Roofing coping to top deck.
Mac Roofing 5th floor quadcore cladding 40% complete.
Window pressings.
M&E 1st fix 85% complete.
M&E 1st fix works in progress to communal areas.
Joinery 1st fix works in progress.
Super structure brick work complete.
External mastic to moving joints 45% complete
Sub mains and distribution 80% complete.
1st floor apartments tape and joint in progress.
2nd floor closing up of apartments & tape and joint in progress.
Brick clean ongoing to all elevations.

1.1 On Site Progress Weeks 54-62 Mac Roofing commenced parapet coping works to 5th floor top deck currently 70% complete. Rear elevation complete in line with scaffold dismantle. Lower level parapet timber is now in place ready for finishing detail. Mac Roofing commenced installation of quadcore to 5th floor in preparation for powder coated rainscreen cladding 40% complete. External window/doors now complete from floors 1 – 5 LDG are now installing powder coated window reveal pressing to rear elevation 80% complete. These windows are now ready for Juliet balcony’s to be installed starting Monday 4th Feb. Mechanical and electrical first fix installation on the 1st-4th floor 100% complete. Electrical first fix to all communal areas in progress and stat service riser cupboards with incoming mains.
Joinery 1st fix now in progress 100% complete 1st – 4th floor to Apt entrance and internal rooms along with all timber pattress. External and internal brick and blockwork is now 100% complete excluding hoist apartment. External mastic works is in progress to all movement joints 45% complete. Tape and jointing to the 1st floor apartments is now 100% complete and now in progress on the 2nd floor. Mist coat spray application 60% complete to 1st floor apartments. External brick clean in progress to all elevations in line with progressive scaffold dismantle. PDL partitions progress as follows
1st floor:- Apts 1st & 2nd fix100% 2nd floor:- Apts 1st fix 100% ,2nd fix 60% 3rd floor:- Apts 1st fix 100% , 2nd fix 25% 4th floor:- Apts 1st fix 90%. 5th floor:- in progress with sacrificial ceiling

discharged. Matter ongoing.
Mains electrical connection date confirmed as Wednesday 13th February.
A strategy is ongoing to condense the current programme in order to recover any lost time due to inclement weather & design challenges.
Building Control have ongoing visits as closing of apartments continues.
278 works design issued to LCC awaiting approval.
Water main inspection booked in to follow electrical connection.
