TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION:

ORGANIZER/DURATION:The "JET SET Challenge" is organized by Lyoness Europe AG with headquarters in Bahnhofstrasse 22, 9740 Buchs, Switzerland ("Lyoness"). Contact: member-service@lyoness.us, phone: (888) 565-8089. The challenge period starts at 00:00 (CET) March 2nd, 2015 and ends at 24:00 (CET) on March 15th, 2015 (2 Production Weeks).

ELIGIBILITY FOR PARTICIPATION:All Independent Lyconet Marketers ("Marketers") around the world aged 18 or older are eligible to participate in the challenge. To be eligible to participate, the Member must have registered as an Independent Lyconet Marketer before March 2nd, 2015. Lyoness employees and their relatives are not allowed to participate in the challenge.

RULES FOR THE CHALLENGE:

DISQUALIFICATION/RECLAMATION OF PRIZES: Lyoness reserves the right to disqualify those who use illegal means or any other means of manipulation to gain advantages during participation in the challenge. In such cases, prizes can also be disallowed and recalled after they have been issued.

PREMATURE TERMINATION OF THE CHALLENGE:Lyoness reserves the right to terminate the challenge prematurely for good reason. In this case, good reason may refer in particular to circumstances which prevent Lyoness from running the challenge correctly for technical or legal reasons. In this case, the participants cannot make claims against Lyoness.
