Lyric Lane offers residential treatment and crisis services in an ADA accessible facility. Services are designed to improve mental health stability, personal and emotional adjustment, self-sufficiency, and community independence. Length of stay is based on individual clinical review.

Program Details• The program offers a structured, supportive and comfortable environment.• Individuals will learn how to manage their symptoms and medications.• The program develops living skills and provides linkages to community resources.• Services provide individual and group supports for mental illness and co-occuring disorders.• Wellness options such as yoga, relaxation groups, exercise and social activities are available.• Individuals will receive discharge planning for a smooth transition back to the community.

Eligibility• Be 18 years old or older• Primary need for mental health treatment• Have Medical Assistance or verification of insurance coverage

ReferralsAnyone can make a referral: Case Managers, Mobile Crisis Teams, Primary Care, Emergency Providers, family members, or self-referrals.

Intensive Residential Treatment Services (IRTS Residential Treatment) provides 24-hour mental health treatment for 10-12 adults in a residential setting for up to 90 days.Individuals with a past history of hospitalizations, multiple program placements or use of crisis services are eligible for services.

Crisis Stabilization Services are designed to serve individuals in crisis with immediate treatment needs. Crisis Stabilization provides 24-hour mental health treatment for 4-6 adults who need immediate treatment for up to 10 days.
