Few things are dreamier than having your fave celebrity take you to

prom. There’s just one prob — making it a reality. However, 16-year-old Emily Torres recently took the leap anyway and asked her celeb crush, singer Bruno Mars, to be her date via a

YouTube video. And guess what? It paid off! “My family and friends laughed at the idea at first,” Em confesses to M. ”One of my friends even said they didn’t think it’d get over 100 views! But, I’m an aspiring singer, so I figured why not go big, make up a song and invite him to my dance?” And thanks to the power of the internet, her catchy tune (she changed up the lyrics to Bruno’s “Locked Out of Heaven” to reflect her prom wish) caught the attention of Ellen DeGeneres, who basically ended up being Emily’s real-life fairy godmother! Yep, when the talk show host saw Em’s vid, she decided to help make her wish come true and had Emily flown out to LA where Bruno was set to perform on The Ellen Show. “When we got there

I really was just expecting to sit in the audience,” Em recalls to M. “Then, halfway through, Ellen played my video and I was like, ‘Oh my gosh!’” Before she knew it, Bruno was on stage replying to her prom invite! “Sweet Emily, since I can’t come to the prom with you, we brought the

prom here,” he said before motioning for her to join him

on stage, adding, “I would love to have a dance with you!” Em couldn’t believe what was happening to her. “I was so shocked! I wasn’t nervous, but I

was really giggly,” she says about the experience.

”Bruno was great! He started singing to me while we were

dancing and we just laughed.” Not only did Bruno surprise Emily with a special dance, he also had high-end fashion designer Gucci hook her up with a dress for prom (which we exclusively revealed on M ’s website) and gave her four tickets to see him in concert! “Bruno even got me roses and kissed me on the cheek!” Em gushes. ”He’s so romantic! That’s just like his whole thing, you know? It was like a dream. I’ll always be known as Bruno’s prom girl and I’m 110% OK with that.” Too cute!

Giving back is always a great feeling, just ask Kevin Jonas and his wife Danielle. The adorable couple hosted a food drive for City Harvest in New York City and helped collect 600 pounds worth of canned goods for families in the area. “We always enjoy giving back, anytime really,” Kevin shares. “My brothers and I, we do it a lot.”
