Conclusions
We must consider Open Architecture for the mobile government service. In the near future, Ubiquitous Government will be evolved from mobile government. It is necessary that Government Mobile Integration Center should be established in order to prevent the redundancy of development. WPKI is prerequisite for secure e-Government transactions.
