Good day. We are fifth year BS Chemical Engineering students from the University of San Carlos-Technological Center. As part of our program, we are required to conduct a research study and we have decided to focus on air pollution. Part of our study is to correlate metal concentrations with traffic volume and your station is in the vicinity of our area of interest. In line with this, we are proposing to install surveillance camera to monitor the nearby intersection. Since this surveillance system requires electricity, we would like to ask for permission to utilize your electricity.

We believe that characterizing these metals is the first step towards advanced air pollution studies such source profiling and source apportionment studies.
