Xbox 360

To locate the MAC Address of your Xbox 360 console

1. From the home screen, select "My Xbox"

2. Navigate to “System Settings” → “Network Settings” → “Configure Network”

3. Under Basic Settings, check to make sure IP Settings is on Automatic

4. Select the Additional Settings Tab

5. Record the MAC address in the format “00:00:00:00:00:00”

Xbox One

To locate the MAC Address of your Xbox One console

1. On the home screen, navigate to “My Games & Apps”

2. Navigate to “Settings” → “Network” → “Advanced Settings”

3. Record the Wireless MAC address in the format “00:00:00:00:00:00”

PlayStation 3

To locate the MAC Address of your PS3 console

1. Navigate to the “Settings” column

2. Scroll down to “System Information”

3. Record the MAC address in the format “00:00:00:00:00:00”

PlayStation 4

To locate the MAC Address of your PS4 console

1. On the home screen, select the “Settings” icon

2. Navigate to “System” → “System Information”

3. Record the MAC address (Wi-Fi) in the format “00:00:00:00:00:00”

Wii U

To locate the MAC Address of your Wii U console

1. From the Wii U Menu, select “System Settings”

2. Using the Left Stick, select the Internet icon and press the A Button

3. Select “View MAC Address”

4. Record the MAC address in the format “00:00:00:00:00:00”

Wii

To locate the MAC Address of your Wii console

1. On the home screen, select the “Wii” button

2. Navigate to “Wii Settings” → “Internet” → “Console Information”

3. Record the MAC address in the format “00:00:00:00:00:00”

3DS, 3DS XL, or 2DS

To locate the MAC Address of your 3DS, 3DS XL, or 2DS console

1. From the HOME menu, highlight and select the System Settings Icon

2. Navigate to “Internet Settings” → “Other Information”

3. Select “Check MAC Address”

4. Record the MAC address in the format “00:00:00:00:00:00”

Apple TV

To locate the MAC Address of your Apple TV

1. Go to the main menu on your Apple TV, and select "Settings"

2. In the Settings Menu, select "About"

3. Record the Wi-Fi Address in the format “00:00:00:00:00:00”

NOTE: Alternatively the Apple TV Wireless ID can be found on the UPC label on the

bottom of the device

Roku

To locate the MAC Address of your Roku

1. From the home screen, select “Settings”

2. Select “About”

3. Record the Wireless MAC Address in the format “00:00:00:00:00:00”

NOTE: Alternatively, the Wireless MAC address can be found on the bottom of the Roku

device

Amazon Fire TV Stick

To locate the MAC Address of your Amazon Fire TV Stick

1. From the home screen, select “Settings”

2. Navigate to “System” → “About” → “Network”

3. Record the MAC Address (Wireless) in the format “00:00:00:00:00:00”

Insignia Smart TV

To locate the MAC Address of your Insignia Smart TV

1. Press ENTER. The settings menu opens. (or press Menu)

2. Press ▲ or ▼ to highlight Network, Then press ENTER.

3. Press ▲ or ▼ to highlight WIRELESS, then press ENTER. (Note that the wireless

MAC address and the wired MAC address are different)

4. The MAC address needed to register your Insignia Smart TV will be listed as

“Wireless MAC Address”

NOTE: Do not register the Wired MAC address, only register the Wireless Mac Address.

Samsung Smart TV

To locate the MAC Address of your Samsung Smart TV

1. Press Menu.

2. Press ▲ or ▼ to highlight Network, Then press ENTER.

3. Press ▲ or ▼ to highlight Network Settings, Then press ENTER.

4. Press ▲ or ▼ to highlight WIRELESS, then press ENTER. (Note that the wireless

MAC address and the wired MAC address are different)

5. Press ▲ or ▼ to highlight Network Test, then press ENTER.

6. The MAC address needed to register your Samsung Smart TV will be listed as

“Wireless MAC Address” at the top of the screen.

NOTE: Do not register the Wired MAC address, only register the Wireless Mac Address.

Sharp Smart TV

To locate the MAC Address of your Sharp Smart TV

1. Press the Menu on the remote.

2. Press ◀ or ▶ to highlight Initial Setup, then press ENTER.

3. Press ▲ or ▼ to select Internet Setup, then press ENTER.

4. Press ▲ or ▼ to select Network Setup, then press ENTER.

5. Press ▲ or ▼ to select Connection Type, then press ENTER.

6. Press ◀ or ▶ to highlight WIRELESS, then press ENTER.

7. Press ▲ or ▼ to select IP Setup, then press ENTER.

8. The MAC Address should be on the bottom of the page.

NOTE: Do not register the Wired MAC address, only register the Wireless Mac Address.

Sony Smart TV

To locate the MAC Address of your Sony TV

For Newer TVs

1. Press the Home button.

2. Use the arrow keys to scroll to Settings, then press ENTER.

3. Use the arrow keys to scroll to Preferences, then press ENTER.

4. Use the arrow keys to scroll to Setup, then press ENTER.

5. Use the arrow keys to scroll to Network Setup, then press ENTER.

6. Click on Network Setup - Status and the MAC Address should be on the screen.

NOTE: Ensure it says Wireless and not Wired.

NOTE: Do not register the Wired MAC address, only register the Wireless Mac Address.

For Older TVs

1. Press the HOME button.

2. Use the arrow keys to scroll to Settings, then press ENTER.

3. Use the arrow keys to scroll to Network Setup, then press ENTER.

4. From the menu, select Wireless Setup, then press ENTER.

5. Click on Network Setup - Status and the MAC Address should be on the screen.

NOTE: Do not register the Wired MAC address, only register the Wireless Mac Address.

Vizio Smart TV

To locate the MAC Address of your Vizio Smart TV

1. Press Menu on the remote

2. Press ▲ or ▼ to highlight the Network, then press OK.

3. The Network Connection menu displays.

4. Press ▲ or ▼ to highlight Manual Setup, Then press OK. The IP Settings menu is

displayed.

5. At the bottom of the menu the MAC address is displayed.

NOTE: Do not register the Wired MAC address, only register the Wireless Mac Address.
