MAC Infra (previously named as Mukherjee & Co.), was incorporated in 1985, with headquarter at Asansol, West Bengal. We started as an erection contractor for WBSEDCL (Formerly WBSEB) for over head line drawing, construction and operation of 33/11KV substation and other construction works of WBSEDCL in West Bengal & Sikkim, Since 2004 we diversified to offer our services to all the leading tower company & telecom operators in the wireless space and other wireless service providers such as broadcasters and broadband service providers in Kolkata & ROB circle.
The firm has been in the business of electrical installations over 23 years. Experienced in old and new work, with special attention to telecom sector. We do construction of electrical sub‐ stations up to 33KV and also do electrical line drawing up to 11KV for effecting power connection to telecom tower sites.
We also do electrical work for telecom projects. Our company can also help with the preliminary device layout, ongoing assistance throughout the project.We personalize in effort to meet your final needs with troubleshoot problem circuit, pinpoint direct location and cause. We do very well in this area when it comes down to new installation of switches, receptacles or just a new circuit ‐ whatever your needs are. We do survey, review and develop a scope of work prior to any installation. We also do consultancy job with concerned departments to get power connection at tower sites. We also supply materials for the electrical job at site.

ResourcesOver many years of trading the labour force
has undergone many changes, usually driven
by the Inland Revenues approach to ‘labour
only’ Sub‐Contractors.
The majority of labour is engaged by the
company on an exclusive basis. Over the
years many of these operatives have elected
to be paid as PAYE, one man limited
Company, sole trader or CIS card holder.
Most of the aforementioned have worked for
the company for many years.
It has always been the companies policy to
employ apprentices each year creating a
rolling programme of new engineers
entering the company.
All staff are directly employed.
The management team consists of a core of
experienced engineers who have been
involved in the industry for many years.
Recently qualified engineers and Ex Graduates
provide the flexibility and ethos of a balanced
approach i.e. the vigour and drive of youth
balanced by experience and steadiness.
Health, Safety & Environmental Policy
Health, Safety & Environmental Control is of paramount importance and the acceptance of responsibilities taken very seriously.
All levels of staff and operatives are trained to high standards in respect of protection & environmental control of both operatives and General public.
All technical staff and operatives have been trained in Health and Safety and carry ESIC cards.Competence of all employees and engaged labour is checked prior to commencement andrecords of achievement held at Head Office.
It is the company’s direction that at least once a month every site is inspected by our HealthSafety & Environmental Control Officer and a report given to operatives and the Main Contractor.

Design & CAD
The design process is carried out in‐house. Duringperiods of high work load external Design consultantsare used to supplement our design engineers.
Within the office complex the CAD Department is sitedadjacent to Design. This facilitates close liaison between designengineer and CAD operative to configure the design in to paperand digital formats.CAD services are carried out by our own Operators. In the normal course of business no outsourcing is required, however ifnecessity arises any CAD work is carried out by a known local company under the direction of our CAD Manager.
