MACH DIESEL T
MOTOR OIL
Technical Data Sheet
PRODUCT DISCRIPTION MACH DIESEL T is a multifunctional crankcase lubricant for highly rated medium-speed diesel engines operating
on residual fuel. MACH DIESELT is designed for conditions of moderate oil stress.
APPLICATIONS Medium-speed industrial or marine propulsion and auxiliary engines, burning residual fuel oils, which create
conditions of moderate oil stress. These conditions usually occur:
in engine designs more than 5 years old, or
where oil consumption is 1g/kWh or more, or
in newer designs where load factors are predominantly 85% or less, or
where fuels with sulphur <3% are in use
Marine engine reduction gears and certain other ship-board applications, where specialist lubricants are not required.
Medium-speed engines burning residual fuel need very specialized lubricants. Heavy fuels contaminate the oil with
asphaltenes, requiring special types of detergency to avoid sludges. The combustion of high sulphur fuels produces
sulphur acids, which cause high wear rates of piston rings and cylinder liners unless neutralized by a high basicity
reserve in the oil. The oil is in service for very long periods, so centrifugal separators are used to remove water and
combustion contaminants from the oil. Medium-speed engine oils must be specially designed to release these
contaminants in the separator.
PERFORMANCE FEATURES Engine cleanliness
Has built a reputation over many years for very good engine cleanliness
Rapid neutralization of acidic combustion products Gives long-term protection against corrosion of ferrous and non-ferrous metals
Thermal stability and resistance to oxidation provides excellent high temperature deposit control and contributes to long oil life
Suitability for centrifugal separators high detergency/low dispersancy formulation releases contaminants and water readily in centrifugal
separators.
Specifications and Approvals
MACH DIESELT enjoys a comprehensive range of approvals through field experience over many years and meets
the engine test criteria for API CF .
Health & Safety
MACH DIESELT Oils are unlikely to present any significant health or safety hazard when properly used in the
recommended application, and good standards of industrial and personal hygiene are maintained.
Avoid contact with skin. Use impervious gloves with used oil. After skin contact, wash immediately with soap and
water.
For further guidance on Product Health & Safety refer to the appropriate MACH OIL Product Safety Data Sheet.
Protect the environment Take used oil to an authorized collection point. Do not discharge into drains, soil or water.

PREMIUM Technical Data Sheet
PRODUCT DISCRIPTION MACH Premium Hydraulic Oils are high performance hydraulic oils blended with an additive technology in combination with hydro-treated base oils to meet the requirements of the most demanding hydraulic systems. The use of the additive technology and Group II base oils results in outstanding thermal stability even in systems that operate under conditions of high loads and temperature. MACH Premium Hydraulic Oils are resistant to degradation and sludge formation, which helps improve system reliability and cleanliness. Anti-wear additive chemistry has proven to be very effective across the entire range of operating conditions including low and severe duty operation as measured in a variety of piston and vane pump tests including the demanding Denison T6C and Eaton Vickers 35VQ25. MACH Premium Hydraulic Oils exceed the industry standards for oxidation stability as measured by the Turbine Oxidation Stability Test (TOST). This results in extending drain oil interval and helps minimize maintenance and disposal costs. MACH Premium Hydraulic Oils has good stability in the presence of moisture (hydrolytic stability) which promotes longer oil life and reduces the risk of corrosion and rusting, especially in protection of brass components. MACH Premium Hydraulic Oils are suitable for ultrafine filtration, an essential requirement in keeping any hydraulic system clean and operating at peak efficiency. Filtration properties are still excellent even in the presence of contaminants such as water and calcium, which are known to cause blockage of fine filters. Applications • Industrial hydraulic systems • Mobile hydraulic fluid power transmission systems • Circulating oil systems • General machine lubrication Features/Benefits • Excellent thermal stability – improves system reliability and cleanliness • Outstanding antiwear – results in longer pump and component life and reduced replacement costs • Excellent oxidation resistance - reduces oil replacement cost • Excellent hydrolytic stability –provides protection from corrosion of brass components in pumps and results in

PREMIUM GLYCOL TYPE AUTOMOTIVE BRAKE FLUID
Performance Features MACH Brake Fluid PREMIUM DOT 4 is a premium glycol type automotive brake fluid. It is recommended for use
in hydraulic disc and drum brake systems requiring a fluid which meets the DOT 4 performance standards. MACH
Brake Fluid PREMIUM DOT 4 has a high Equilibrium Reflux Boiling Point. This reduces the chance of vapor
lock. The brake fluid forms an essential component in the braking system of a car. In service, the brake fluid
absorbs moisture which causes a significant reduction in the boiling point of the brake fluid, with a consequent risk
of vapor lock. Thanks to its higher boiling point, MACH Brake Fluid (DOT 4) offers additional safety margin
against water pick up. MACH Brake Fluid PREMIUM DOT 4 is compatible with all the materials in the brake
system.
Product Description and Application MACH Brake Fluid PREMIUM DOT 4 is a premium quality brake and clutch fluid with a minimum boiling point
exceeding SAE J1703 and United States Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard Nr.116 DOT 3 and DOT 4 and ISO
