We do NOT accept customer supplied threads. Standard threads are solid colors of Sew Fine or Glide, or Varigated colors of King Tut and Rainbows on the top and Bottom Line for the bobbin, color cards can be seen by clicking on the at the left. You will be charged for thread based on the number of bobbins used for your quilting (more quilting, more thread used) at $2.50 per bobbin. **Bobbin color will match color of top thread** Specialty threads such as metallic will incur an additional charge of $10.00. If multiple color threads are used there is a $10.00 charge per color.

PAYMENT/SHIPPING: This form is an ESTIMATE for your quilt based on the choices indicated, we require a non-refundable deposit of $50.00 to include your quilt into the schedule. You will be invoiced for the remainder of ACTUAL charges along with a photograph of your finished quilt via PayPal (You do not need a PayPal account and can use your credit card if you wish). Your quilt will be shipped back to you when the invoice is paid along with an emailed tracking number from the shipper. We will not be responsible for lost shipments. Please let us know if you want your quilt to be insured prior to shipping. FULLNESS/PIECING DISCLAIMER: Fullness and/or puckers within a quilt top and its borders cannot be quilted out. We can not guarantee that puckers and tucks won't be sewn in. In some cases excessive fullness in borders may result in the quilt not being square. We cannot be responsible for poor piecing issues that can create quilting problems including, but not limited to; open seams, frayed edges, embellishments, embroidery, piping or applique. MECHANICAL DISCLAIMER: Sewing machines are mechanical devices. Problems may occur and cause damage to a quilt top or back, this could include oil spots or tears. PUBLIC DISPLAY: If the quilt is displayed in a show or publication, you agree to credit the machine quilting to Trinity Burak/2 Sisters Quilting Shoppe. If we choose to use a photo of your quilt in any public form such as our website, forum, advertising or presentation we will credit you as the maker of this quilt by the name on this form. Minor imperfections are normal. We appreciate how much work you've put into your quilt top and will treat it with the utmost care. However, in the event of damage to the quilt beyond repair due to machine malfunction, weather, fire or other means, we will be responsible only for replacement costs of materials only necessary to remake the quilt, this does not include reimbursement of labor or time involved. We will only reimburse materials costs if the quilt is damaged beyond repair or destroyed and will not reimburse costs solely due to dissatisfaction with the finished product.
