• The King Cobra and the Bengal Tiger adapt to their environment in many ways…

• The King Cobra adapts to their environment by forming a shield-like cover when it feels threatened. It will also spit in the prey’s eyes that will kill it if it travels to the blood stream.

• The Bengal Tiger adapts to their environment because since those animals do not run quickly, it would rather catch very young or very old animals for food.

• There are actually four layers to a Rain Forest: Emergent level, the Upper Canopy, the Understory or Lower Canopy, and lastly, the Forest Floor.

• There are over 15,000,000 different species that belong to the Rainforest!

• There is little to no light in some sections of the Forest Floor due to the 3 other layers above it!
