This is the “circle of dreams” in Maebashi.

The role of the Center

～ Features of Maebashi Business Incubation Center ～

This center supports all kinds of business start-ups, from office-based businesses to ones operating in

the services and the manufacturing industry. It is an unusual example of a facility that can be used

for many different business activities.

Instead of building a new facility, it was created by renovating an old building that had not been used

for more than 10 years.

The 4 purposes o f the Bus iness Incubat ion Center

Incubation

We provide an office with an inexpensive rent, according to the scale

of the business, equipped with an Internet environment. Here you can

also ask for specialists’ advices free of charges.

Challenge

We offer a space that you can rent for a short period of time

(1 month at the longest) to test and experiment your business

whichever it is: food service, tailoring, cultural classrooms etc.

This gives you an opportunity to experience and practice your

business before starting it.

Manufacturing

To encourage and support the creation of a manufacturing enterprise,

we provide a space where you can find 3D printers and manufacturing

tools and equipment.

Interaction

A free space where entrepreneurs can meet or participate to

seminars is also available in our facility. This space makes our

facility a base where entrepreneurs can gather and interact.

Description of the facilities

-Challenge Shop-

A space for entrepreneurs’business training.

Rent: 5,000 yen per day + management fees

-Administrative Office-

Counseling with an incubation manager is available

at this office twice a week.

Working days: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (free)

-Manufacturing Laboratory-

3D printers and manufacturing tools available.

Rent: up to 1,000 yen per hour + bills

-Space for Seminars and Events-

A space for meetings, discussions and seminars.

(Conditions for Use) People who are 20 years old or

more, who want to start a business in Maebashi or

whose business in Maebashi has been started less

than 5 years before. (Requests will be examined)

Support from specialists can be received.

Rent: 30,000 yen per month (tax not included)

-Office Cubicles- 4 cubicles +1 parking slot

Support from specialists can be received.

Rent: 6,000 yen per month (tax not included)

Support from specialists can be received.

Rent: 18,000 yen per month (tax not included)
