Planning for systematic waste
management is in process and partly
practiced. There is provision of separate
dust bin for wet and dry wastes in the
campus.

Reinforcement of regular feedback system from all the stakeholders.
Feed back from students, parents and
alumni is invited and accordingly

Renovation and up-gradation of sick room. Sick room has been renovated and
equipped with emergency drugs, wheel
chair and first aid facility.
Development of a nursery in the campus. Nursery has been developed and
maintained by students of the department

The College is a Constituent unit of Patna University and the following best practices were
adopted in examination/ evaluation reforms.
i. Centralized evaluation for all courses in UG and PG

iii. Students can obtain the photocopy of examined answer books
iv. Re-evaluation and rechecking process is followed to give justice to students.
v. At the institution level we adopted exactly the same evaluation pattern for all internal
examinations as followed in the university examination. This trains students to improve their
performance in the university examinations.

‘Earn while you learn’ opportunity is being given to students.
Experts are invited to provide counseling in different areas such as psychological problems, health

general study classes are organized on regular basis. Remedial coaching classes are organized for
SC/OBC/ST students through the Scheme of UGC under XI Plan. Some organizations like
WIPRO, IBM, TCS, NIDAN frequently organize campus recruitment drive for students or send
their job profile requirements for students to apply. The Career and Counseling Cell of the College

Strenthening the dept. by the suggestion/ demand as per the need of their ward through PTA meeting.
To make arrangement for green campus Plantation are done on regular basis under Green Earth Brigade and Botanical Society.
Dust bin are kept for Biodegradable and Non-Biodegradable separately. Minimum light during night is used for protecting Bird’s habitat. Awareness programme is done by students’ central society for saving electrical energy in
campus. Debates and lectures on environment are organised by Science and IT society for
awareness of students. Skits, nukkad natak organised time to time in the college premises.
7.2 Provide the Action Taken Report (ATR) based on the plan of action decided upon at the beginning of the year
Fifth hostel “VAIDEHI” of the college was built and well furnished. Yearly repairing and renovation of girls toilet was completed with basic amenities of
installation of vending machines for disposal of sanitary waste in the college and hostel. Renovation of seminar hall and staff room was done with inclusion of modern furniture. Laboratory of botany and zoology were renovated and a Nano technology lab was
developed with all the basic requirements. For the safety of hostel as well as day scholars CCTC were installed. For better learning environment for students, campus was made Wifi and a smart class
was established. Under CPE scheme, students (UG and PG) from faculties of humanities, science and
social sciences prepared research projects presented through powerpoints, wrote articles and finally published in house journal.
For strengthening student’s grievance redressalcell and making anti ragging campus, more display boards were installed at the popular places of the campus. Also, suggestion boxes were placed in different departments.
Proposal for five B.Voc. courses sent to the UGC office for DeenDayalUpadhaya KAUSHAL SCHEME for increasing vocational opportunity for the students.
For faculty development refresher courses in IT and e learning, summer school and winter school were organized on current themes.
For inculcating a systematic waste management habit, as a first step separate dustbins for dry and wet waste were placed.
Sick room was added with the facility of emergency drugs. Students of botany department and members of Green Earth Brigade developed a nursery
for keeping the environment green and pollution free. Feedback from stake holders (students, parents, alumni) was placed in general body
meeting and few suggestions were selected for implementation.
