Magazine Adverts Research
This is a magazine adverts for
Beyoncé’s album 4; which is
clearly stated. The purpose of this
is to persuade the fans to buy the
album
As you can see the advert has
a really strong dominate
picture which follows the
African theme from her
album cover pictures.
It has the date is coming out this is mainly
for the die hard fans so they know when to
get the copy, even more to persuade people
to order it, you get a free track.
Also the track list is included
so people could use this to
highlight the singles from it.
Seductive
Fierce
This poster is advertising
Rihanna’s album talk that talks.
The album has combinational
multiple genres of rock, RnB,
Reggae, pop and dance/house.
Therefore Rihanna
try’s to put all of this
into consideration
for the pictures.
Overall the entire
outcome is
described as
seductive and fierce.
This poster is different to the Beyoncé’s
poster because it doesn’t have a
release date, track list or a reward.
However this is not a matter as its still
advertising the album and the hard-
core fans will still go but it.
This is an advert for the late Aaliyah, this
was the album that was realised after her
death, and therefore it will probably attract
more people than it did when she was alive.
As the people that did not experiences her
music before would want to know about it, it
also features all her greatest hit and a bonus
of six new songs.
The six brand new song, and a
DVD mainly to get her hard-
core fans to buy the album as
soon as it got out.
This was her signature font
all her dedicated fans will
recognise it.
The hits from her
musical career
Again the
title of her
album “I
care 4 u” is
indicating
that her
cares for all
her fans,
this will
make the
fans
sympathies
and make
them want
to buy the
album even
more.
This album is suppose to be
representing love in different angles
and in different relationship with is
love for your partner or family and
so on.
Also it includes mixture of genres,
beats that is suppose to keep the
fan awake and lively.
The representation of these
things is suppose to be this
shown through the different font
colours and the dominated
pictures
This poster is similar to Rihanna’s poster as it
doesn’t have the release date written on it or
track list or a reward, instead it has the
successful singles from it. Again this will appeal
to the fans that bought the singles to go buy the
album.
