Terms, Conditions, & PoliciesFirst Time BuyersWe require a $200 minimum for first time orders. First time orders must be paid in advance by check or credit card. We are happy to extend net terms to established accounts. Returned checks are assessed a $25 fee. Outstanding invoices will accrue a finance charge invoices will accrue a finance charge of 1.5% per momth.

Returning CustomersReorder minimum: $100. Net 30 terms extended to existing accounts after credit approval if paid by check or Square Cash.

Pricing & Payments
3 - 4 week fulfillment time for orders and reorders requested ASAP. Shipments usually occur sooner than 3-4 weeks. If you require a faster delivery time, a rush charge of 20% will apply.

Order Fulfillment

ReturnsRefunds are offered within two days of receipt of artwork on damaged goods only. If an order has arrived in damaged condition, please contact us immediately for further instruction. Please keep all original packaging materials on hand for return shipment of the order. All work kept shipment of the order. ExchangesWe are happy to discuss the option of exchanging unsold work for new art. Exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis. If approved for exchanges, artworks must be in their original condition with no sign of damage or distress. Retailers are responsible for all packing and responsible for all packing and shipping costs associated with the exchange. About the Artist
Maggie HurleyI seem to be most content with a paintbrush in my hand. I went to school at the Laguna College of Art and Design before moving to San Francisco and then on to Berkeley, which I now call home.
I like to draw or paint just about anything, from day dreams to a piece of fruit that looks too pretty to eat. I can’t seem to stick to one medium. Sometimes I like the ease of watercolor, or the texture of oil. Sometimes I like to get my fingers thick with clay.
I find inspiration in the way light bounces off of skyscrapers and am equally I find inspiration in the way light bounces off of skyscrapers and am equally enthralled by the views of clouds from airplane windows. My work celebrates the wonder in everyday things often taken for granted.
