ORDER IN STORE

Complete the order form in this brochure. Fill in quantities, complete

your personal details, select the store you wish to collect your order

from (this can be different from the store where you place the order)

and choose a collection date and time (see right). Hand in the form(s)

to a member of the food team in store. You will be given a printed

confirmation containing your order details with your deposit receipt.

DEPOSIT

You will be asked to pay a non-refundable deposit of £35 (regardless

of the number of items ordered) when you place your order, or be

asked to pay the full amount if the total cost of your order is less

than £35. Your deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your

order on the day you collect it. You will be asked to pay a non-

refundable deposit of £50 if your order is valued at £200 or more.

AMENDING YOUR ORDER

Your printed confirmation contains the information you need to

amend or cancel your order. Christmas orders placed after 5pm on

15 December cannot be amended or cancelled once a deposit has

23 December and before 12 noon on 24 December 2014. New

Year orders can be collected before 12 noon on 31 December

2014. If you wish to collect an order on more than one date or

time slot, you will need to complete separate order forms.**

**If you wish to place an additional order(s) for collection on different dates or times, a further deposit – or a sum for the full amount if less than £35 – will be needed for each subsequent order.

Christmas Food to Order returns information If you are contracting with us as a consumer online or by phone, you have the right to cancel your contract at any time up to 14 working days after the day on which you receive the goods you ordered. You must inform us of the cancellation of the contract. You must take reasonable care of the goods while in your possession and they must be returned to us promptly. Unless we have supplied substitute goods, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us or the cost of our recovery of the goods. This is not intended to be a full statement of your rights under the Consumer Rights Directive. The Directive does not apply to personalised cakes.

Limitation of liabilityThere are certain liabilities that we cannot exclude by law and nothing in these terms limits our liability for personal injury or death caused by our negligence or for fraud. We are only responsible for losses that are a natural,

foreseeable consequence of our breach of these terms. We will not be liable to you if we are prevented or delayed from complying with our obligations under these terms by anything you (or anyone acting on your behalf) does or fails to do or due to events that are beyond our reasonable control. You must follow any advice we give you to keep products we supply to you safe (including any instructions or product manuals provided with the products). We cannot accept liability for damage to products we have supplied that is caused by your failure to follow this advice. In any event we will not be liable for any losses related to any business of yours including (without limitation) lost data, lost profits, lost revenues or business interruption.
