Suitable for a variety of installations, Vector

has many basic features and is precision-

Features

Principle of Operation

Afloattravelsupanddowninachamberthatismountedtoaliquid-

containing vessel. The float contains a magnetic assembly that

interactswithanexternally-mountedvisualindicator.Asthefloat

followstheliquidsurfaceorliquid-liquidinterface,themagneticfield

causeshighlycontrastingflagsinthevisualindicatortorotate.The

resultisaclearlydefinedrepresentationoftheliquidlevelinthevessel.

TheVector™floatcontainshigh-strengthalloymagnetsthatfacilitateastrongcouplingwiththeexternally-mountedvisualindication,aswellasanyswitchesortransmitters.

Everyfloatismanufacturedspecificallyforeachapplication.Processpressure,temperature,andmediaspecificgravityareallfactoredintothecustomdesign.

The Vector™ high-visibility visual indicator is constructed withqualitymaterialsandengineeredforreliableperformance.

Eachflagcontainsanalloymagnetthatmaximizescouplingwiththefloat. Theflagsaremechanically limited toahalf-rotation,which eliminates the possibility of over-rotation commonwithothermagneticlevelindicators.
