New Business Development Consultant Research Triangle Institute (RTI International) January 2013–March 2013, Location: Bangladesh Developed concept paper and proposal for new business opportunity on “Delay in Marriage of Bangladeshi Girls” and designed potential intervention and incentive scheme. Enterprise & Public-Private Partnership Manager (Team Leader) International Resources Group (IRG) – IPAC/USAID (12.6 mil USD) July 2010–December 2012 Location: Bangladesh Provided technical and administrative support and guidelines to COP for project strategy development. Guided team members to improve the productivity of the ultra-poor people in particular value chain. Created partnership with private sectors and linked beneficiaries to reduce pressure on natural resource and promoted equitable economic growth and strengthening environmental governance, working in 26 forest and wetland protected areas of Bangladesh. Lead IPAC livelihood component. Brand and Service Promotion Specialist Chemonics International/USAID Smiling Sun Franchise Program (SSFP) October 2007–July 2010 Location: Bangladesh Developed health service delivery promotion plan for 320 static & 8,500 satellite clinics, developed 6,000 women community service providers as a social entrepreneur, 30 local NGOs, 30% contribution of government of Bangladesh and 6 strategic partner to comply successfully sustainable franchise model and provide primary health care services nationwide, especially the extreme poor.

Developed health seeking behavior communication model for SSFP to aware and promote maternal health, child health, and family planning and TB heath care services to the community of Bangladesh country wide. Successfully increased income by 30% average from all service delivery point through social marketing approach. Was responsible to develop communication strategy creative brief and implement it. Provided training to the 4400 clinic staffs on social marketing, health service, quality assurance campaign nationwide. Developed branding guideline, brandscape paper and brand positioning. Evaluated, awarded and managed grants of 30 RFA and 1 RFP (twice) for 30 local NGOs. 350 business plan developed for grants.
