Trained Management how to Utilize standard Prince II project man-agement tools, as well as "Developing Custom Designed" tools to document and manage workstreams throughout different stages of a four phase program. Tools allow clear specification of tasks required, in sequence indicating resource requirement for each, as well as deadlines. The custom designed tools simplify communication activities included calibration, risk analysis, and validation, and construction, for all projects between labs operation, facilities, and lean organizations.
