As you know, the Legislature sent to the Governor a number of bills that were not returned by the Governor within 10 days (Sundays excepted) after presentation. Pursuant to the Constitution of Maine, Article IV, Part Third, Section 2, those bills have become law without the Governors signature, and, although we have not yet received the original bill folders from the Governor, those laws have been chaptered sequentially and may be found on the Legislatures website here:
