Maintain Tasks

• Transaction Code: PFCT• SAP menu path:

– Human Resources• Organizational Management

– Expert Mode» PFCT – Task Catalog

• Select All • And click on Execute

• List of Tasks in the system will be displayed.

• Click on ‘Create’ to create new tasks in the system.• A screen will open asking for task abbreviation and task name

– Task abbreviation must be 12 characters long – Task name must be 40 characters long

• Click on save to save entered task list.

Assign tasks to Job

• Transaction: PO03 (Maintain Job)• SAP menu path:

– Human Resources• Organizational Management

– Expert Mode» PO03 - Job

• Enter the job number to which tasks to be assigned.• Select Relationships• Click on ‘Create Infotype’.

• Relationship type/relationship: B-007• Type of related object: T (Task)• Select the task to be assigned• Click on ‘Save’
