Maintenance Packages As we are sure you will know, your Traka system forms an important part of the daily operational process of your organisation be it for security, health and safety or efficiency. New systems are provided with a twelve month warranty which covers parts and labour. After that Traka offer an after care service to help ensure your Traka system is kept in full operational condition. Many customers choose our full maintenance service which includes an annual service, unlimited call outs and any spare parts required. There are however, other options and these are detailed in the following document. Experience a safer and more open world All Traka systems are designed and manufactured in the UK at our factory near Milton Keynes and all support calls will be put through to our dedicated help team based at our factory, so you can be assured of immediate attention by a thoroughly trained expert. The majority of support calls are resolved in full over the phone or by email. We also offer a TeamViewer facility which can enable our support team experts to view the Traka application on your computer†. When required, on-site support will be provided by our fully trained engineers. Technical support

Regardless of which support option is taken, customers can contact our Technical Support team in the event of any issues experienced. The team can be contacted as follows:

When calling into Traka’s technical support team to report a technical fault you will be allocated a unique support number that references your call. You will also be asked some questions to help assist in the diag-nosis of your fault.

Maintenance options available

StandardTelephone support & preventative service visits, including callout, labour, inclusive of replacement parts – Traka will provide an annual service visit by one of our Technical Support Engineers. The support package will cover all parts and labour required to repair faults through manufacturing defect (an extended warranty).

Annual service onlyTelephone support and preventative service visit – Traka will provide an annual service visit and will perform a complete service on the system cabinets and repair any ‘fixable’ faults. Replacement parts required will be chargeable. Other parts and callouts required throughout the year will be chargeable at Traka standard rates. Reduced on-site response times.

Telephone support onlyTraka will still support all systems installed even if our customers choose not to purchase an annual service and support contract. Should this option be taken, all parts and labour charges will apply, along with extended response times as customers under a maintenance plan are given higher priority.

Please note: Any visit to repair a fault which is the result of deliberate vandalism is deemed to be fully chargeable. All maintenance contracts exclude software.
