    A. Major Assumptions and Summary of Findings and Conclusions on the following:1. Market Feasibility

    The market feasibility is based on the efficiency and marketability of anti-inflammatory,

    anti-bacterial, anti-septic, and anti- oxidant soap.The target market of these study is the

    household as it is the primary consumers of soap. The enterprise will be satisfying five percent of

    the unsatisfied demand. The percentage to be satisfied was computed by the number of soap sold

    for the year and by the total unsatisfied demand for the first year. Thus, the figures of supply

    compared to demand is low, this is due to the limited avialability of information from the big

    establishments in Baguio. There will be an increase in production to satisfy the demand of the

    consumers. The proposed marketing strategy will be of great help in promoting the product. The

    Horsetail Soap will be priced at Php 27 to meet its affordability while it is on its introduction

    stage. Meralyn Enterprise will use promotional strategies like posters, flyers, the social media

    and soap samples to further introduce the soap. The Enterprise will be a manufacturing industry

    which aims to distribute to the different grocery stores and establishments in the City of Baguio.

    2. Technical FeasibilityThe proposed product is a Horsetail Soap. The necessary tecnology to be used in the

    production will be the blender which is used to extract the horsetail plant and the mixer which

    will be used to incorporate the raw materials. The availability of the plant will be coming from

    the province of Sagada, home town of one of the partner as it is said to be an unlimited pest in

    their field area. The production will undergo a manufacturing process which is to be performed

    once a day. The major steps will be the following: Preparation of raw materials; Washing,

    Cutting and Grinding; Extraction; Mixing; Cooking the Soap; Additives and Pouring Soap;

    Curing and Packaging. The optimum production volume will be 150 soap a day amounting to

    44,250 soap anually.

    4. Socio- Economic FeasibilityThe project proposal considers the value of impact in the society and economy as a

    whole. Through the pursuance of the study, the enterprise will be most beneficial to the society

    as it promotes income to suppliers and increases the number of employment. It will improve the

    standard of living and personal development both the suppliers and employee. The enterprise

    also aims to provide quality products to satisfy the demand of its market. Improve the livelihood

    as the horsetail plant regarded as pest in the community. Pay taxes as to the principle of giving

    back to the community and to conform development to both the Local and the National

    Government.

    5. Management FeasibilityThe Management structure will be composed of a General Manager, Production Workers

    and Delivery Man. The managerial scheme entails to lead and support the organization to meet

    the needs of the desired goal. The management is appropriate only to a number of employees to

    ensure that all company standards are met and that all financial and administrative procedures are

    achieved. The proposed salary scale of employees will be Php 280 a day.
