Unique Experiential Learning

• Interesting & Exemplary ways of Learning:

- Eg: a seller at MMT who has a target of selling 50 Kashmir

packages every month is actually sent to every place and location on the

itinerary for him to be truly trained on the product and destination.

• Every year close to 10% employees in the organisation get such an

opportunity.

• Last year a team of close to 30 sellers went on a 9 country tour to Europe

to learn, understand and truly experience the place.

• Post the “Study Tour” trippers had specific targets to achieve from these

locations.

Encouraging Innovation

• Experiment & Innovate is the message - its understood that

mistakes and learning from them are an integral part of this journey

Eg:Hackathon : participants coded for 24 hours

at a stretch.

- The brief : make at least 1 app & make it live in 24 hours.

- The evaluation criteria: the app should be thorough, simple

and innovative.

The 24 action-packed hours of this Hackathon witnessed 21 live apps with Tomcat

configurations, 87 deployments & 11,436 lines of code generated.

This happened over 200 emptied cans of energy drinks!
