Metro Waste Authority is seeking a full-time (Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.) college student (undergraduate or graduate) who is pursuing a degree in MIS, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field. The applicant will work closely with the Metro Park East Site Engineer and other colleagues to provide new analytic tools, reporting applications and electronic processes. The position will involve accumulating and entering data from assigned departments to build comprehensive Excel spreadsheets for senior management review. Intern will work in the field obtaining data for GIS through the use of Trimble GPS. Successful candidate must be self motivated and team oriented. Reliability and punctuality are mandatory.
