   Facebook  is  a  tool  with  endless  potential  in  terms  of  communication.  On  the  one  hand,  it  is  the  first  social  network  used  by  event  organizers.  Moreover,  in  2014,  this  company  invented  by  Mark  Zuckerberg  exceeded  1.317  billion  users  and  is  a  leader   in  most  countries.  So,  event  organizers  are  very   interested   in  promoting  their  event  on  Facebook.    This   article   thus   focuses   on   the   optimization   of   a   communication   campaign   to  promote   events   on   Facebook.   Ticketlib   recommends   that   you   focus   on   three  points:      Good  advertising  is  concise  advertising    The  number  of  words  used  in  an  advertisement  is  the  first  essential  criterion  for  the   success   of   your   event.   Make   the   text   as   short   as   possible,   less   than   100  characters.   In   fact,   the   shorter   an   advertisement   is,   the  more   likely   it   is   to   be  read,  for  maximum  response  and  sharing.      Be  concise  and  effective!      A  text  ad  is  displayed  at  specific  hours    The   time   your   ad   is   displayed   is   the   second   key   element   of   your   marketing  campaign.  In  fact,  users  are  not  present  on  Facebook  all  day.      So,  post  your  message  outside  of  work  hours  to  ensure  that  your  event  gets  many  responses.   Facebook   has   released   a   report   showing   that   users   are   present   on  Facebook  mainly   in   the  morning  until  7:00  a.m.,  after  work  at  5:00  p.m.  and   in  the  evening  until  11:00  p.m.  If  you  post  your  ad  between  7:00  a.m.  and  5:00  p.m.  you   could   miss   a   number   of   potential   participants.   In   fact,   Facebook   viewing  decreases  dramatically  during  work  hours,  either  because  companies  prohibit  it  or  because  users  don't  have  access.    Also,  remember  to  publish  your  ads  on  Friday  evening  and  the  weekend.  Users  are  potentially  more  present  on  social  networks  at  these  times.        An  ad  that  creates  buzz  is  an  ad  that  is  shared    To  increase  the  number  of  responses  to  your  ad,  talk  about  sharing  your  ad  at  the  start   of   your   ad.  Guide  users   in   how   to   share   articles,   and   they  will   do   it   even  more  easily!    Finally,  if  you  ask  a  question  in  your  ad,  ask  it  at  the  end  of  the  text.  This  invites  readers  to  respond  and  ensures  a  higher  rate  of  participation.
