Haley Osborne is a freelance makeup artist born and raised in the beautiful city of Vancouver, BC. As a child, she fondly remembers playing dress up and spending

endless hours playing in her mother’s makeup; applying her own and at times her little sister’s makeup. “I can remember loving the vibrancy of a red lipstick,” says Osborne looking back on her early years, “the texture and the smells of different products and how I could just paint them on my face. I just loved to get my hands in there and see

what I could create.”

After graduating from high school, Haley went on to attend Vancouver Film School for makeup design in the fall of 2003 where she enhanced and fine-tuned her artistic skills. After graduating and receiving her diploma from VFS, Haley went on to study Fashion

Merchandising at the Blanche MacDonald Center. After a few years of freelancing, Haley began working for Bobbi Brown Cosmetics.

When asked what makes her stand apart from other makeup artists in this city, Osborne says, “It’s very important for me to have clarity about what my client wants, I can then take their visions and create them in reality.” Haley specializes in makeup for weddings, grads, photoshoots and special occasions but is also equipped to provide

some special effects and costume makeup applications.
