Elementary Kids 1st-5th Grades WELCOME!Sunday Celebrations! Every Sunday morning during our worship services, 1st-5th graders check into their classrooms to meet the teachers and other kids their age. During their time with us they will participate in hands-on Bible learning with age-appropriate lessons, activities and memory verses.

For the other half of their time with us, they will participate in an engaging worship service through singing, giving their offerings and hearing about upcoming events. At the end of the Adult Worship Services, parents can pick up their children in the same classroom they checked them into.

Sunday Mornings for 1st-5th-Grade KidsOur Elementary Service begins in graded classrooms for both the second and thirds services.This includes an exciting worship time in the Elementary Chapel and a Bible lesson in the classroom. At the First and fourth services, all kids are together in the Elementary Chapel

GROW-Life GroupsGrow is designed specifically for 4th-5th graders to become better sisciples of Jesus Christ by building relationships one another and growing in their relationship with God. Kids will receive a lesson each week, participate in a Life Group and experience hands-on ministry opportunities. We meet every Wednesday during the school year at 7pm.  

Special Events for 3rd-5th-Grade Kids Bi-monthly events designed to encourage students to bring their friends and help them connect with other students and leaders in our ministry. The events include fun activities like Movie Night, Christmas Party, and invading the youth area. (Check the church website for upcoming events.)

Family EventsQuarterly events designed for Preschool and Elementary families to build relationships and invite other families to participate. The events include fun activities that are age appropriate and fun for the family. (Check the website for the upcoming events)

Kids Offering Projects Every two months the Children’s Ministry dedicates our kids offering to a Mission Project that helps fulfill the Great Commission in our community and around the world. Not only is this a great opportunity to teach our children about what God is doing in other parts of the word but it also allows our children to see how they can make an impact locally and globally through their generous giving.

Kids Missions Experiences Each Spring 4th and 5th graders are invited to attend a six-session class on world missions. After completing the classes, they can go on a four-day missions experience to Wenatchee, Washington, where they serve local ministries, work in the community, lead an outreach in a local park and worship in a Hispanic church. Some of these kids will be invited

to join the Kids Chile Team and spend 11 days serving in missions in Santiago, Chile. For more information, contact the Children’s Ministry Offices.

GO-Kids in Missions “Therefore go and make disciples of all nations...” Matthew 28:19-20. The Great Commission applies to all and is not hin-dered by size and age.

Kids Summer Camp Every summer we offer a great summer camp experience for students who have completed 3rd–5th grade. This is a fantastic time of fun and spiritual growth. Lake Retreat is located in the Maple Valley area and has fun activities including: swimming area, The Blob, paddle boats, kayaks, zipline, campfires, awesome games and tons of other options.

Children will also enjoy great times of worship and teaching everyday. Don’t miss this memory-making and life-changing week!
