graphics, photographs to enable
comfortable reading. Use sub
titles. Monotonous reading in the
digital device may strain eyes.
• Podcast interviews can be
integrated using links. Audio/
Video files can be uploaded in
YouTube.

• Use white background with black
font. Vardana 10 is preferable.
• Do not use light colour fonts on
light colour background.

• Send the ezine in pdf format with
minimum file size for easy
download. Avoid sending jpeg
files of high resolution.
• Error free writing is important.
Facts, grammar, spelling are to be
verified before release.

• Copy righted photographs ,
contents are not to be used.

perfectly.

• If ezine content is to be caught by
google, then upload the file in the
official site, slide share, scribed,
issuu, etc.
• After distribution, collect the
feedback from the readers every
time.
