Making the film company logo on Adobe Flash and Adobe Photoshop

We started off with this image:

I then made another version of it in Photoshop, by going on Filter Artistic Rough Pastels.

We then animated the two on Adobe Flash so that they merged into each other, wit h the name Black Stallion Films underneath. To create the print logo that I have used in my poster and in the institutional information at the end of the trailer, I took the “rough pastels” version of the image and put it into greyscale on Photoshop. Then, using the ‘elliptical marquee tool’, I separated the edges of the image. This is the end result:
