SessionoverviewTheinteractiveVirtualWorkExperiencetoolisa32-minutevideothatplacesstudentsintoavirtualworkenvironmentandprovidestheopportunitytointeractwithpeoplefromarangeofdepartmentswithinadigitaltransformationagencycalledFreeformers.Thevideofeaturesmultiplepausepointsonscreenthatpresenteitheraninteractivechallengefortheyoungpersontoconsiderinaworkcontext,oraselectionofquestionsthatinvitethemtoexploretheskillsandmotivationsbehindthedifferentemployees.Theyoungpersonwillalsobeaskedfortheirinputincertaindiscussionsanddecisionsandwillbeabletogetfeedbackonthechoicestheymake.Thetoolcanbeusedindependentlybyyoungpeople,oraspartofaguideddiscussioninagroupsetting.Optiononeexplainshowtoworkthroughthevideoandrespondtoalloftheinteractionspresented.Optiontwosuggestsadditionalactivitiestohelpsetthesceneandencouragereflectiononthevalueofworkexperience.
