Rustic Bakery Organic FlatbreadsThese fantastic, small batch, organic

flatbreads are made right here in

Sonoma County. The production is as

localized as possible, using fresh in-

gredients from neighboring farms and

a natural wild yeast. The traditional

fermented sourdough starter gives these

flatbreads a hearty texture that can

stand up to the

creamy & aromatic

Brie l’Original. $4.99/ea.

A rich full-flavored cheese, Brie l’Original is crafted by tradition using minimal rennet and a

low and slow lactic-ripening process, this allows for ultra savory flavors to develop and keeps

the texture supple and creamy. The buttery paste is spreadable with a slowly maturing creamline

and plenty of notes of mushroom and onion. Pile this luscious

aromatic brie on top of Rustic Bakery’s hearty “Sweet Onion and

Creme Fraiche Flatbread” for an French inspired indulgence.
