How does it work?
Renting accessible equipment is as easy as 1,2,3!
Step 1 - Pre-reserve your equipment! Once your cruise or vacation is booked, you can call us directly or visit our website (insert your website here) to place your order. You will receive a confirmation via email for your order.
Step 2 – Open your stateroom door!SNG offers cabin to cabin service. SNG will leave your equipment in your stateroom on the first day of your cruise.
Step 3 – Leave your equipment in your stateroom!SNG will pick up your equipment from your stateroom at the end of the cruise
When cruising with Holland America Line in Fort Lauderdale & Seattle, you can pick up your equipment from a Kiosk in the cruise ship terminal.

RESERVATION OF EQUIPTMENT IS NOT GUARANTEED UNTIL CREDIT CARD PAYMENT IS CONFIRMED
Mobility User’s correct height and weight;
Wheelchairs are fully collapsible and fit into any stateroom
Scooters for passengers weighing less than 350 lbs. will fit in most standard cruise ship cabins – scooters for people larger than 350 lbs will only fit in accessible cabins;
Powerchairs are only rented to user’s who use a powerchair on a daily basis
Scooters and powerchairs require nightly charging;
Oxygen All oxygen orders require a prescription from a doctor;
Availability of cylinders and liquid oxygen are more limited in ports outside of the U.S.;
Liquid oxygen is not allowed on all cruise ships;
Each airline has its own approved list of personal oxygen concentrators.
