OutlineThis qualification reflects the role of individuals who use a broad range of customer ser vice and leadership skil ls and have a sound knowledge of club/hospitality operations and requirements.

The course consists of 12 accredited units (4 core and 8 elective), as well as wide array of non-accredited course topics related to VIP host management, loyalty and customer ser vice excellence . Crown Experience/Graduation is included in the enrolment price, however only students who have successfully completed the previous four sessions and related assessments will be eligible to attend.

(A payment plan is available of 10 x $300 instalments for eligible NSW students or $400 for others)
