Feedback:Silence and listening are two common forms of feedback in spoken communication.Usually these forms of feedback can be interpreted only inrelation to the listener's facial expression.Silence can be a sign of acceptance,an expression of disapproval and anger or it can be used to indicatedissociation with what is said.
A dramatic pause, which is a form of deliberate silence canalso be used by a speaker to give force or effect to what heis saying.
