• Acute mgt:– Immobilize in ulnar or

• Nondisplaced tuberosity fractures:– Wooden postop shoe– Weight bearing as tolerated
for 2-4 weeks– Displaced >3mm ortho
referral
• Jones fracture– Posterior splint– Ortho referral
• All displaced Jones fractures and intraarticular tuberosity fractures should be referred
