WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF HRM?
The purpose of HUMAN RESOURCE
MANAGEMENT (HRM) in a business is to
manage the WORKFORCE so that a
business has enough suitable staff to carry
out all necessary tasks in an EFFECTIVE
and EFFICIENT way.
