In our two-hour Managing Change workshop, participants will learn about tools to help them traverse the change process and understand how to support themselves and each other as new ways of operating are enacted.

ActivitiesOur workshops are dynamic and interactive, encouraging experiential learning in addition to lecture. The activities teams will engage in include:
• Warm Up Activity – Participants experience an imposed change through an interactive activity
• Your Personal Compass – The team identifies an actual change they are experiencing and leverages their most preferred attributes to identify opportunities and strengths within change
• Identify a New Strategy – The team creates an action plan to implement together, along with accountability measures, to manage change
