What is Agile?

Where does Content fit?

Ideally, you're in from the beginning: at the equivalent of requirements development, usually called the User Story.

Content developers should be part of the scrum and at stand-ups

Advantages

Inherently iterative

Teams are cross-functionalless resistance to the presence of Content

Can be easier to created embedded documentation

Some variations are highly user-centric

Challenges

MUST practice minimalism

Experiencing working software before writing

Team burnout
