STRESS
It is NORMAL to feel stressed during important moments.
For example during exams, meeting someone new, going to new places eg polytechnic, university, ITE, going for tournaments.

Traits of a champion…He did not give up.He practiced more. In fact other players
practiced for 20 mins but he practiced for 4 hours.
He has family and friends to support him.He wants to win.When he lost, he keeps on trying and trying.He believes in himself.He wants to improve.
