The Law of Vibration is not only more important than the Law of Attraction, it is the most important Universal Law. The Law of Vibration is so very important as everything that we perceive vibrates with a certain frequency and each frequency of vibration has a certain radiation radius (sphere of influence). Vibrations differ in its frequency. We can control our vibration as our vibration is induced by our feelings and we can control our feelings. We can control the frequency in which we vibrate as the frequency in which we vibrate is induced by our feelings and we can control our feelings. The frequency of our vibration can also change if we get near something that has a specific frequency of vibration and if we are open to this other vibration frequency.

The Law of attraction is that your thoughts whatever they

maybe will be sent millions of kilometers through the

Universe. This means you are using the Law of Vibration and

you will be vibrating at higher or lower level. Consequently,

the Law of Vibration on the downside says being in a state

of negativity will generate a lower vibration. So, the law of

attraction: think negative thoughts and this is what you will

attract. And negative thoughts pull you down and thus do

not generate positive thinking.

The Law of attraction is everywhere you look. People are

always using it in some form even if they are not aware of it

You on the other hand will begin to understand it and use it

in conjunction with the Law of Vibration. So, it is a no brainer

to be a positive thinking machine even if there are times

when doubts, anxiety, disbelieve reins. We are who we are:

we can change if we desire to improve or better our status

to gain the respect of our loved ones.

The Law of attraction says we are energy, all vibrating at

different levels. You can connect into the flow and become

more of who you want to be. Law of vibration is a law which

says vibrating at a high level can only be positive and highly

productive. Your desire to be who you want to be becomes

easier. Being in at a higher vibration state and allowing your

good means things begin draw it to you. Release your desire

into the Universe and let it do its work for you. Manifestation

will happen when it is appropriate for you. Never hesitate or

harbor ill will against others or things.

The law of vibration is a powerful part of the law of

attraction. To properly manifest the relationship, job, home,

or anything else you desire you must have an understanding

of the law of vibration.

What is the law of vibration? It is the law in nature that states

everything has a vibration. If you've taken a chemistry class

you probably remember learning about atoms, and that

everything is made up of atoms. These atoms are in a

constant state of motion, and depending on the speed of

these atoms, things are appear as a solid, liquid, or gas.

Sound is also a vibration and so are thoughts. Everything

that manifests itself in your life is there because it matches

the vibration from your thoughts.

It is important to understand that there are two types of

thought. You have conscious thoughts and subconscious

thoughts. Your subconscious thoughts are constantly

sending out vibrations. So if you look around and see

something in your life that you wish was different, it is time to

start reprogramming your subconscious thought.

How is this done? You begin by consciously thinking about

what it is you desire. Turn that into a statement repeat it,

believe it, repeat it, believe it, get emotional about it,

believe it, continue with your daily tasks, and find time daily

to repeat your statement, also known as affirmations, and

believe it, get emotional about it, and it will begin to

manifest itself.

Learning how to use the law of vibration to manifest what

you desire takes practice. Like anything worthwhile it also

takes time. I suggest you find a mentor, someone who really

understands and practices this and other natural laws.

Some of these people include Bob Proctor, Dr. Wayne Dyer,

Jack Canfield, and my mentor Leslie Householder. They all

have paid the price to learn how to use the law of vibration

and they are passionate about helping others do the same.

Just because we don't understand something it doesn't

mean it isn't true. If you have a desire to take control of your

life and use the law of vibration in your favor you can

succeed. Nothing will stop you.

Do you want to be happy? Do you want your relationships

with others to be meaningful? Are you tired of being

depressed, sick, or unhappy with any part of your life? You

can do something about it. Happiness is your choice and it

begins with a decision to be happy. That is the first step to

deserve happiness. Everything you need to be happy is

there right now, inside of you.

In this e-book I'd like to introduce the concept of regulating

our own frequency of vibration. Managing our own

vibration is critical if we wish to experience good health and

also if we wish to manifest our desires. The fact is we are

managing our vibration whether we know we are or not.

The point is to be doing it consciously and not by default.

The manifestation of good physical and mental health as

well as the manifestation of your desires have already

happened and are waiting for you at a higher frequency

vibration. You have made your request to the Universe

either directly expressing it or by having experienced its

lack. The Universe has manifested it vibrationally, but you

are not experiencing it, because you are at a different

frequency than it is. Just as when your radio is tuned to

650AM you do not hear 95FM. If you re-tune to 95FM, you

then experience it. It was there all along but not in your

experience. You can "re-tune" yourself through energy work

and your own behavior, to a new frequency where your

wellness has already manifested.

When we discuss frequencies of vibration, it's always in

relative terms. Saying something is good or bad for you

(good being at a higher frequency and bad being lower)

will be determined by your current frequency of vibration.

This is true for substances such as food and alcohol or drugs,

and it's also true for emotions. The emotion of anger is a

higher frequency feeling than grief and by moving to anger

you would feel better had you been experiencing grief.

However, had you been experiencing hopefulness, joy, or

other more positive emotions, anger would be and feel like

a lower vibration.

The key to manifesting good health or anything is to

progressively and incrementally keep moving to a higher

vibration. It is possible to make a quantum leap to a higher

vibration but it's less common and probably more likely to

revert back to the former lower vibration at a later time.

Somewhat like when you lose weight too quickly, it tends to

come back quickly, because you haven't really altered the

underlying habits and beliefs that caused you to be

overweight in the first place.

There are a number of categories of things that affect our

frequency of vibration.

Chemicals: e.g. environmental substances, pesticides,

pollutants, food additives, etc.

Food and water as well as other ingested substances such

as alcohol, drugs, vitamins and other supplements.

Activities that can raise your frequency: Exercise, yoga,

meditation, Qi gung, self healing techniques, receiving

energy healing, dance. Many activities can raise your

frequency, if it feels good doing something, then it's

probably having a positive effect on your vibration and

bringing you closer to the things you desire.

Perhaps the most important factors are your thoughts,

beliefs and the feelings they generate. Your belief and

thoughts about a food or other thing is more important than

the thing itself. The thoughts and beliefs about something

will determine the effect that results.
