Manifest Destiny was the 19th century belief that America should reach across all of the land separating the Pacific and Atlantic ocean.
The Proclamation of 1763 prevented colonists from crossing the Appalachian Mountains, which happened to be the Proclamation boarder line.

Louisiana Purchase Louisiana was
purchased from France for 15 Million dollars.
Its was 828,000 square miles.
It gave America access to the Mississippi river
Texas American settlers had
come to Texas and built plantations and farms. The settlers, led by Stephan Austin, asked Mexico for admission into the Mexican nation as an independent state.
Texas declared itself independent in 1836 and its first President was Sam Houston. In 1845 Texas was annexed by the United States and became the 28th state.
Oregon Territory Russia, France, Great
Britain, and the United States all had claims in that territory.
Russia and France gave up on their claims.
England negotiated a treaty with the United States to make a boundary at the 49th north latitude
The Mexican Cession America and Mexico
have been having conflicts with each other because of the annexation of Texas.
