Leading the part of “Delivery International Dev team” in capacity of Technical Manager for the GRC Platform suite of products. The products delivered for customer are Audits, Risk, Loss, Issue Management system. APPLE POS (Point of Sale):
Description: POS (Point Of Sale) system helps in selling items and services through Apple's own
retails stores.POS software adds up the sales total, figures the state sales tax, calculates the change back from the amount tendered, and automatically adjusts the store’s inventory levels to debit the amount of inventory sold. There are around 12 countries for which the application is developed in total. 5 countries were using the application live and rest are ready to start with. These applications serve various purposes of Sale and Return calculations, Inventory management, and Tax calculation depending on the various laws pertaining in different countries. These applications go for quarterly releases and involve the offshore pool of resources for development and QA activities in testing as well as production support
Role: Software Engineer
Involved in client interaction and getting KT from the client about different features of the applications and tax structure of each country.
Writing test scripts of entire new feature to be released quarterly. Making test scenarios by setting up all the servers and Lab with devices. Test case review of other team members. Making KT documents and plans

ECHO (Phase I and II) – for APPLE
Description: This project is meant to develop a semi-automatic tool for request management. The project aimed at developing 3 different applications- ECHO Admin, ECHO Requester and ECHO Reports. ECHO admin can be used to create and manage queues; This would help in segregation of Requests. Also, it would help and creation and management of forms for raising requests including related metadata. The forms that are used for creating new requests are completely dynamic and can be changed by the Admin.
ECHO Requester is the application for management of requests, which are raised by Apple Store Employees and addressed by Apple Retail Fulfillment and Logistics employees.
ECHO Requester helps in only management and tracking of request. Request processing is handled offline. The third application- ECHO Reports is used for generating periodic and on-demand dynamic reports.

GSX (Global Service Exchange)
Description: (Global Service Exchange) is the web portal for Apple’s Service partners viz. Service Providers and Repair Vendors. It is used by AASPs to order parts, enter details of the repairs they perform, check coverage of units, sell Apple Care products etc.. Similar to GCRM, GSX communicates with SAP via a set of system interfaces.

Code review of other team members. I was involved in the project during the last stages where my responsibilities were to
track the bugs and take them to closure. My role was of a lead here, where I was sup-posed to get the updates every day from onsite team and update them accordingly the offshore works.
I was the direct reportee for four resources and hence, had to manage all the activi-ties for resource handling.
Being the senior most member of the development team my duty was to make use of best practices and apply logics carefully in fixing the IT, UAT bugs.
