• Old Power station building – new plant – fixed isometric • There can not be measured any flow !
– there are no straight pipe lines– But there are valves just ahead of the measuring points– And we have elbows…….which should avoid !

• minimum gas velocity 3 m/s• for gases above dew point• temperatures up to 400°C / stainless steel 1.4571• temperatures up to 700°C / Inconel 600• special materials for acid gases / Hastelloy C276 • accuracy guaranteed better than ±2% according to VDI 2066• transmitter mountable on the probe or separately• cross-over cock for zero-point control and backflow purging• long maintenance intervals > 3 month• dust loads up to 150 mg/nm3 without automatic purging systems• microprocessor evaluation unit for temperature and absolute pressure

• Low flow, huge diameter, looking for the cheepest solution – as it used to be
• No ultrasonic possibilities just because the very low pressure• No more dp loss is allowed• Short delivery time
THE ONLY POSSIBILITY A DP MEASURING• NO CHANCE FOR VENTURI• AVERAGING PITOT TUBE - WITH AN UNIQUE CALIBRATION

• There is a VENTURI master meter in a common pipe line – d=1000 mm – D=2000 mm– L=11873 mm
• All the 6 pcs. of DURAG DFL100 probe can be easily blindid• Different flowrates – fast response• Small type of shut off valves – for blinding all the 6 DFL100• Measuring points with opening/closing pipe sections – calibrating to
the master meter, and to thouse probes which are installed perfectly 3 probes are percfectly installed
• 3 probes had no space for the right installation
