The 3D Building Information Model (BIM) is an

engineering model of any building/ structure, developed

on computers using BIM software, from architectural,

structural & different MEP services design drawings

(MEP means Mechanical, Electrical & Piping i.e. HVAC

lighting, plumbing, smoke detection & fire protection
