Boot up meter…

Press the start/reset key for at least 2 seconds to boot up the meter. And enter to the main menu.

Measurement setting…

Left and right keys to move the cursor to ‘Setup’, then press enter to go to setup page.

Setup menuLeft and right keys to move cursor to ‘Mea. time’, then press up and down keys to change the number. Recommend to use 20min for 24 hrs measurement. (Which means it only measurement 20 min for every hour).

Recommend to use A, F weighted for 24hours measurement.

Calibration check before test

Press Esc to go back to main menu, and move the cursor to ‘Meas.’, press enter to go to interface of measurement.

Left / right keys to move the cursor, and up/down keys to change the setting mode. For calibration check, the setting should be ‘NOIS, ONE, LIST, INST’.

Put on the calibrator and turn it on.Notes: keep the meter and calibrator connected tightly and solidly.

Measurement interface

After you turn on the calibrator, the LAFp should be 93.8±0.2 dB. Otherwise, please do the calibration. Ref. to video I). Calibration.

Calibration check before test (Cont.)…

Start testing…

Left / right keys to move cursor, up/down keys to changing setting. Make the test mode to be ‘NOIS, 24H, LIST’. Then press run to start measurement.

After finishing calibration， Press Esc key to return to main menu. Move the cursor to ‘Meas.’, then press enter.

Testing (cont.)…

When the test is running, the up-right corner will be shown as ‘RUN’; when it’s finished, it will be shown as ‘END’. ‘WAIT’ means it’s waiting for next test interval.

Left/right keys move cursor to 4th index ‘Page’, then you can press up/down keys to turn the page to observe more measurement.

Left/right keys can also move cursor ‘<>’ turn you can roll the page horizontally.

Testing (cont.)…

Left/right keys move cursor to 3rd index , then you can press up/down keys to see the graph show of data.Notes: because the sample meter only make one hour measurement, there is only one dB-bar shown. Though, after you finished 24 hrs test, you should see the all 24 dB-bars.

After finishing test, press esc key to go back to main menu, and move cursor to ‘Data’, then you can recall the saved test-data.

Press out to print the data when you attach the mini-printer on.

Recall data…

Press enter key again to read the data in graphic view.

Move the cursor to the data that you want to recall, and press enter.

Use left/right keys can roll the screen horizontally to read more data.
