1. Recruitment Application Form Open link “http://rgipt.ac.in/Recruitment/frmRecruitmentForm.aspx” in

browser.

Recruitment page will be open on your screen.

Fill all the details in the Recruitment Application Form- 1. Personal Details 2. Educational Details 3. Employment Details 4. Upload Documents. Then click on Submit button to submit recruitment.

Fill all the details in the Recruitment Application Module

o Employment Details

o Upload Documents

While Uploading the entire documents user will have to click on upload

button simultaneously after browse the documents.

All the uploaded documents should have 1 MB size Max.

After filling the form click on Save button.

2. Confirmation After clicking on the Save button, the page will be navigated to

confirmation page.

Page will consist reference number and click on Download Application

Form to download the application form.

Username and password will be send on the provided Email-Id and Mobile

Number.

3. Recruitment Login Click on the link “Click here” in the mail received in registered Email-ID.

Username and Password will be given in received mail. User can use that

to get login.

After login page will be navigated to recruitment application form in edit

mode.

Enter – 1. Username

2. Password

Then click on

LOGIN button.

4. Recruitment Application Form (Edit mode) After login page will be navigated to Recruitment Application Form (Edit

mode).

Edit all the details then click on Update button to update the information in

Recruitment Application Module or click on Download as PDF to download

button.
